Moving house

We are very specific about where we want to move to.  I keep daily tabs on the houses for sale on these streets both in person and on Rightmove. It seams other people have very similar taste to me, as these houses are up for sale just long enough to fall in love with and then they are snapped up (and move to my other search group the SOLD subject to contract group which I also keep close tabs on!).
Ideal house - maybe a little out of our range!
This is a rare layout but we want it!
This being said our flat isn't even up for sale yet. Emma is in the final year of her degree and is very busy with essays and final placements, so we are waiting until all the essays are handed in and the job interviews have started before we get some estate agents round. The flat also needs to be de-cluttered - this is a bit of a dilemma because we both have so many books and possessions. We are planning to move to a significantly larger house where the things we do have will be spread over more rooms so we are trying to both increase the necessary and delete the unnecessary!

The reason I am writing about this today is because I have just been adding to our house book. This is a mood book featuring all the rooms we would like to have in our new house. This book was started before we were married and it is interesting how our tastes have evolved. I am an ardent reader of house and home magazines, and cut out pictures that I like and find other images of inspiration to stick in the book. The biggest pages of growth at the moment is guest and children's bedrooms mainly inspired by the owls!
We have also brought but not yet used a Cath Kidston planning your home book which is essentially a fancy scrap and list book.
